Text and attachments submitted through a support ticket are used only to address the issue concerned. Do not submit passwords, full subscription links, or sensitive information from payment credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNZG does not record which websites users access through the subscription service, or store browsing content, destination addresses, or DNS query records that could reconstruct browsing activity. Data needed for network connections is processed only while transmitting data and maintaining connections. No historical connection logs linked to individual users are created.
After a connection ends, source addresses, destination addresses, and session start and end times are not retained together as historical records. Aggregate data usage and subscription status, used to manage plan quotas, are account usage data and do not include website visit details. Website sign-in security records and anonymized diagnostic information are used only to investigate issues and are not combined with browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral channels, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and navigation. They cover activity on this website, not browsing behavior through subscription connections. Analytics may involve browser type, device category, and referring page, and are not used to build profiles of users' browsing outside the site.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sign-in status, save interface preferences, and store session information needed for analytics. Sign-in credentials may be stored in your browser's local storage, so take care when using a shared device. You can clear relevant data in your browser settings; you may then need to sign in again, and interface preferences will return to their defaults. Clearing browser data does not delete your account.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
Payment processors for Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT handle payment transactions and process transaction information under their applicable rules. VPNZG receives the payment result and transaction references needed to confirm an order. Users are not required to provide their payment account passwords to this website.
When data processing is entrusted to a third party to deliver the service, only information needed for that task is provided, and the processing purpose is limited. VPNZG does not sell account data. Where disclosure is legally required, the scope of the request will be verified and data handled only as required by applicable rules. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain accounts and provide subscriptions. Order and payment references are retained for as long as needed for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and security records are deleted or anonymized after issue resolution and any necessary review. This policy does not establish additional purposes for indefinite retention.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership will be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription use and future order checks. If some records must be retained, the reason will be explained and their use restricted. Related data in backups is cleared through the regular backup rotation.
Policy Updates and Questions
If data handling practices change, VPNZG will update this policy and revise the month shown as the last update. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Any matter requiring separate consent will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
