Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNZG. Please read them before using the service. If you have questions about these terms or an existing subscription, submit a ticket through the user panel.

Service Scope

VPNZG provides cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions. Users can manage plans, retrieve subscriptions and connect to international routes through the panel. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available client links and routes are shown in the panel and client.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content licenses or membership benefits for third-party websites. When accessing international websites, users must still comply with the applicable region, eligibility and usage rules of each service. Route coverage does not mean that a third-party service is available in every region.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; a username and password are sufficient to create an account. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not post them publicly or store them with untrusted tools. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and describe the situation in a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s own managed devices and does not allow accounts or subscriptions to be resold, rented, publicly distributed or shared with other users. You may not provide this service to others through relay access, split sales or public access points.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated to the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the price, data allowance and billing method before choosing a plan. See the Plans page for available options.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and during their use of the service. Users are responsible for the content they access, transmit and publish. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, malware distribution or other unlawful activity.

Do not disrupt the normal operation of routes or harm other users’ experience through abusive connections or unusual automated requests. An unlimited device count does not remove the obligation to comply with these terms or grant exclusive access to network resources. Actions involving third-party platforms must also comply with those platforms’ terms of service.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on factors including the local network, device settings, carrier routing, the status of the destination service and the exit region. Maintenance, route changes or external network failures may cause temporary interruptions. VPNZG does not guarantee that every route will remain available or that a specific third-party website will always be accessible.

If you encounter a problem, first check your subscription status and client settings, then consult the Help Center. When submitting a ticket, you may include your operating system, selected region and error message, but do not provide your password or complete subscription details.

Third-party services are responsible for their content and decisions about their accounts. Users should keep their own copies of important information. Liability is determined under applicable law and the circumstances; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates these terms by engaging in unlawful use, reselling or sharing a subscription, or maliciously disrupting the service, VPNZG may restrict connections, suspend a subscription or terminate the account depending on the impact. To address an ongoing risk, necessary restrictions may be applied first, with an explanation provided afterward.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit a description of the situation and relevant evidence through a panel ticket to request a review. Account actions and payment disputes are handled separately based on the available records, applicable laws and relevant policies.

Changes and Related Policies

These terms may be updated when service features or applicable rules change. The month of the latest update will be shown on this page. Changes affecting important benefits of existing subscriptions will be explained in a site announcement or user panel, including their scope. If you have questions, submit a ticket for confirmation before continuing to use the service.

See the Privacy Policy for details on personal information handling. You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply and the specific rules.
